Job Summary
The incumbent serves as the primary advisor to the Assistant Director for Compensation Service Quality Assurance on quality review operations, data-driven analysis, workload management, and continuous quality improvement across the national compensation claims-processing enterprise. The incumbent leads quality operations teams and provides expert guidance on compensation claims adjudication, appeals, Higher-Level Reviews applicable statutes and regulations and quality assurance methodology.
Qualifications
